Mike, was molded by the discipline and honor learned in the United States Marine Corps in the early 2000s. His career in technology, particularly within the AV industry, began at the grassroots level as an install tech. Through relentless dedication and a penchant for superior customer service, Mike navigated through various roles and companies, steadily climbing the ladder from lead tech to project manager.
This journey of growth and learning culminated in Mike founding Sync Systems, Inc., where he now serves as President. Mike’s vision for Sync Systems is to provide “white glove” customer service, setting a high standard in the AV industry. Mike’s commitment to excellence is not just a personal trait but a family legacy, inspired by his grandfather, who spearheaded the IT department at Sonoma State University into the computer era.
Awarded the North Bay 40 under 40, Mike’s accomplishments reflect a blend of hard-earned expertise, visionary leadership, and a deep-seated value for technology’s role in enhancing lives.
Mike gained his attention to detail and passion after serving in the United States Marine Corps in the early 2000’s. The opportunity to bring that passion to the AV industry was followed shortly after. Going on 14 years with Low Voltage and AV experience, Mike has a desire to help the industry and Sync Systems grow. Gaining his knowledge and experience by working his way up through a variety of positions, from install tech to project manager. Mike strives to make customer service the first priority of Sync Systems, technology is a close second.
